Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Assist sales manager in daily sales operation such as preparation of quotations, check and reply emails, check goods before sending.
• Prepare simple product catalogue, with photograph and specification when new item arrives.
• Assist to organise the showroom in orderly manner and direct display of lightings in the showroom.
• Update social media eg Facebook and company website
• Other ad hoc duties assigned by superiors.

Requirements 

• SPM, STPM, Diploma certification. 
• Min 2 years of work experience.
• Fluent in Chinese, English and Malay.
• Able to complete administrative tasks with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skill. 
• Autocad knowledge is an added advantage.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
