An exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant has become available within our Store Operations department at ALDI stores, based in Regency Park, SA. This is a Permanent Part time position.
As a Personal Assistant, you will provide exceptional administrative and operational support to the Director and wider Store Operations team to ensure the efficient flow of correspondence and information between various stakeholders. You will enjoy a high level of autonomy and problem solving across a diverse range of tasks.
What does the role look like?
- Maintain oversight of the Director's portfolio to provide input and be involved in daily decision making
- Provide high level administrative and secretarial support to the Director, such as effective calendar management
- Assist in the creation and preparation of correspondence (such as memos), documents, and reports, ensuring they are treated with the strictest confidence
- Provide administrative services including filing, photocopying and archiving
- Build and maintain positive relationships with cross-functional teams and any relevant stakeholders
