Job Brief:
A Customer Service Executive’s role will be responsible for providing quality and efficient customer service to business customers within Malaysia as the first point of contact, coordinator for all kinds of enquiries via phone, email and LiveChat such as customer queries, complaints and disputes, oversee the customer support department’s day-to-day functions to promote customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls, emails and other relevant administrative tasks effectively and efficiently.
- Provide first level technical support using documented procedures and available tools.
- Escalate issues in time to resolve customer issues quickly and to their complete satisfaction.
- Identify and provide input on unique/recurring customer problems so that handling can be improved, or even better, the issue eliminated entirely.
- Keep our customers informed about our line of products and services, and how best to consume them.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications / Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree of any field.
- Fresh graduates with the right attitude will be considered.
- Ability to converse fluently in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Driven by customer satisfaction – always deliver outstanding customer service.
- Strong spoken and written communicator (multilingualism will be a plus point!), friendly, energetic.
- Able to work on rotational shifts including late nights, weekends & public holidays.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in a preference location
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Working Conditions
- 24/7 shift scheduling (Must be open to flexible working shifts)
- Variable work schedule including work hours at night and weekends
- Overtime may be required
- For working location at Jalan Kolam Air Lama, Ampang, candidate must possess own transport
Remark
- Work Hours: 24/7 Shift working schedule (5 days weekly, 8 hour daily, 2 days off)
