The Role of a Specialist Recruiter
From day one, you will be challenged to handle full suite of recruitment services – from business development and client prospecting, to networking with potential candidates and be responsible in ensuring excellence in recruitment process delivery. Basically, you will be the Subject Matter Expert around business development pitches, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process excellence in your area of specialisation.
Responsibilities
· Conduct telemarketing to generate new business leads in your specialized industry sector
· Exceed client expectations by building robust relationships and a detailed understanding of each client’s organisation and recruitment needs.
· Perform full lifecycle of executive search process comprising of sourcing, networking, qualifying, salary negotiation, interviewing and on-boarding
· Network with Senior Executives to source for mid to high level positions
· Pre-screen candidate applications and resumes for required skills, experience, and knowledge to fit position requirements. Make referrals to hiring manager and ensures efficient turn-around activity.
· Keep abreast of industry trends and business economies
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree in ANY Discipline
- Min. 1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in sales and marketing field
- Applicants with good track record in sports or other co-curricular activities in school will have an added advantage
- You must be resourceful, self-motivated and have a 'never-give-up' attitude
- Being passionate about people is essential. You must enjoy meeting and discovering diverse types of people and also work hard towards fostering a strong professional relationship with your clients and candidates.
