I am currently recruiting for a fantastic Health care Insurance Company, to join them as a Data Entry Administrator, within their accounts and finance department, on a 6-month contract. Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9.00 - 5.00. You will be based in the Greenock office with a pay rate of £11.60 per hour.
I would be interested to speak to Accounts & Finance graduates or people who are experienced in data entry.
You must be available to start immediately with no notice to give and be able to commit to the assignment until at least January 2025. If you are an experienced data entry clerk, with excellent attention to detail then we would love to hear from you.
You must be able to pass a Credit Check and Disclosure Scotland Check.
Key Duties will include:
* High volume data processing working to strict company guidelines
* Working to KPI's to ensure data is processed quickly while paying meticulous attention to detail
* Ensuring productivity targets are met with no service penalties incurred
* Copying and pasting information from one system to another database
* Using several systems at once ensuing information is accurate
* Carry out ad hoc admin tasks for other team members and the Customer Service Manager
* Liaise with both agents and claimants by phone or email correspondence
* Investigate any questionable claims
