Job Description

• Prepare and ensure timely completion of monthly full set management accounts.
• Handle day-to-day operations of accounting transactions by keying into the system and filing all related documents in an orderly manner.
• Prepare monthly reconciliation of accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Prepare and monitor the annual budget and forecast.       
• Collaborate with other departments in ensuring to delivery of timely and informative reports as well as the accuracy of accounting data and improve efficiency.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and other regulatory statutory authorities.
• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the supervisor. 

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.       
• Preferably with 1-2 years of working experience in the property investment industry.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Excel, IFCA, and ACCPAC accounting software are added advantage.

Reception Duties

  • Monitor performance of the office cleaner and follow up with Operation for a replacement if she is absent.

Vendors

• • Work with Senior Admin Executive to monitor and manage office pantry and stationery supplies.
  • Monitor conditions of office plants, arrange with vendor for replacement whenever necessary.
  • To liaise with tele-cable contractor whenever necessary.
  • Routine schedule checks on meeting room facilities with vendor / IT (such as projectors /video conference system).
  • Usher vendor for routine and regular maintenance for pest control, fire extinguishers, security systems and etc.
  • Act as coordinator for any verifications between internal staff and vendors.
• Manage printing like business card , booklet printing, etc .
• Handle and attend to staffs on any request such as pest control , water purifier , counting machine , archiving request, PPE ,etc.

General Information

Administration works

This position is responsible for overseeing all commercial vehicles, drivers, and related assets, including their operations, conditions, external and internal policy compliance, and overall performance.

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of company's vehicle fleet.

- Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and repaired when necessary.

- Assist with customers’ vehicle breakdowns and accidents promptly and prepare necessary documents.

- Check vehicle dealers’ request and decide a next step to do considering company’s cost.
