Your New Role
As part of the Recruitment Coordinator Team you will play a critical role in ensuring the service provided to our hiring managers, internal teams and external suppliers is of the highest standard. You will be in charge of management and coordination of customer recruitment processes, ensuring appropriate data and systems accuracy; working alongside the Recruitment Partner/Requisition Fulfilment function to ensure all processes ancillary to a customer's recruitment method are compliant and strictly adhered to.
What you'll need to succeed
You do not need previous recruitment experience as our constantly evolving training programmes will teach you everything you need to know. What you do need is a willingness to collaborate, innovate and work hard. You will ideally have a proven track record of working to targets or have been in a job with a strong people-focused culture. You will also have customer service experience, resilience and great time management skills.
