Auto leasing can significantly reduce complicated vehicle related administration work and cost for customers such as registering the customer’s vehicle, obtaining insurance, paying tax, maintenance, and disposal of vehicles, etc.
This position is responsible for overseeing all commercial vehicles, drivers, and related assets, including their operations, conditions, external and internal policy compliance, and overall performance.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of company's vehicle fleet.
- Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained and repaired when necessary.
- Assist with customers’ vehicle breakdowns and accidents promptly and prepare necessary documents.
- Check vehicle dealers’ request and decide a next step to do considering company’s cost.
- Manage a team of fleet admin to ensure correct documentations and customer service.
- Manage a team of driver’s schedule.
- Carry out administrative duties such as invoices, and maintenance records, etc.
- Keep up to date on newest technologies and knowledge in the automobile industry.
- Expand panel workshop and apply credit facility.
- Expand secondhand dealers for disposal cars.
■MUST TO HAVE:
- Working experience in fleet management role
- Experience in corporate customer service
- English language proficiency
- Valid driving license
