WPC Group have an exciting opportunity for a hands on individual to commence their Certificate III in Carpentry with an organisation that specialises in Landscape, Building and Civil. This is a four year apprenticeship, providing the successful candidate with the opportunity to earn a Nationally Recognised qualification upon completion of their apprenticeship.
Your responsibilities will include:
Assist qualified carpenters related to construction projects.
Follow Safe Working Procedures at all times.
Following guidelines when using and operating power tools/Hand tools.
Learning to interpret plans and specifications.
Assist with landscape, building and civil Carpentry Projects.
Commitment to attending TAFE.
Requirements:
Genuine interest in Carpentry.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions.
