1. CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES Under supervision to provide assessment, treatment and ongoing management of patients participating in a clinical research trial. RESPONSIBILITY FOR POLICY AND SERVICE DEVELOPMENT Participate and contribute to service improvement initiatives. This may require undertaking project work as directed, including obtaining information from the Internet or other sources and collating and reporting data in order to produce reports and spreadsheets. 4. RESPONSIBILITY FOR FINANCIAL AND PHYSICAL RESOURCES Manual handling will include the carrying of paperwork, equipment and files within the office and clincial environment; this may be required on a daily basis. To be aware of and ensure that all office and research resources are used efficiently. 5. RESPONSIBILITY FOR LEADING AND MANAGING Report immediately to the screening management team any other observed errors, omissions, potential breaches or deviation from the agreed quality protocols. 6. RESPONSIBILITY FOR INFORMATION RESOURCES Establish an effective network with all team members and other disciplines within the service. • Assist F&F team by receiving and handling inquiries from prospect and customers.
• Manage the relationship of existing accounts by proactively anticipating and responding to their needs.
• Maintain and manage quotations and rate validities through the quotation system.
• Ensure a fast response to quotation requests and advise the customer on transport options (operations, contingencies, insurances, customs, routing, review routing provided by MO, carry out quotation, set validity, include terms and conditions) .
• Maintaining buying rates and negotiate with procurement to meet customers’ expectation.
• Follow-up with customers on quotations to ensure feedback and a high success rate.
• Handle rate requests from network and requests from regional.
• Support sales in establishing SOPs as per customer's needs and ensure transfer to customer operation support.
• Act as the bridge to operations and provide feedback for continuous improvement of services. – needs to be reviewed.
• Handle resolution of customer complaints through further investigation with concerned parties – needs to be reviewed.

• Fresh graduate/undergraduate students in marketing/any major from recognized university or relevant qualification.

A unique opportunity exists to become part of our Life & Health actuarial reserving team dedicated to ensuring the Life & Health business holds sufficient and prudent reserves in line with regulatory requirements and actuarial guidance while delivering key financial reporting requirements on a timely basis.

Work will include:

·       Support the delivery of all internal and external (including regulatory) reporting covering monthly, quarterly, and annual requirements.

·       Perform data analysis, experience studies and other actuarial analysis in respect of proposed methodology & assumption changes.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals pursuing a degree in actuarial science, data science, data engineering, statistics, or other numerate discipline.
