As our Internal Recruiter you will manage the recruitment process for a range of FM Conway divisions, recruiting for a wide range of roles from Operatives through to Divisional Directors. You will join us on a full time basis for a 1 year FTC. The role is based from our Sevenoaks head office, which benefits from lots of on-site parking, green open spaces with picnic areas, an in-house gym and staff restaurant.
The duties of the Internal Recruiter role will include:
- Partnering with key hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements
- Advising hiring managers on the recruitment process, helping to minimise unconscious bias
- Working closely with the Diversity and Inclusion Manager to support the businesses wider goals and EDI strategy
- Visiting sites, depots and other FM Conway offices to meet your internal customers, support with interviews and gain a clear understanding of the roles that you are recruiting for
- Organising and scheduling interviews through the applicant tracking system
- Providing all candidates with a positive experience, regardless of the outcome of their application
- Communicating with candidates regularly via phone and email and providing feedback at all stages
- Undertaking additional projects, such as arranging recruitment open days and supporting towards our pledge to become 30% female by 2030
What skills and experience do you need?
We are looking for candidates who have previous recruitment experience and have successfully managed a high volume of vacancies. You will enjoy recruiting for a range of roles and will be used to thinking outside of the box to attract the best talent. You will be confident in all areas of the recruitment process, and you will be focused on providing the best experience to your internal clients as well as your candidates.
It is important that you are a team player with very strong customer service skills, experience using headhunting tools such as Recruiter Lite, CV Library and Indeed will be required. You will be happy to travel to FM Conway sites to gain a full understanding of the business and you will be keen to share your ideas and suggest improvements where applicable.
