Responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you're the vital support to our team of Recruiters. It involves:
· Assist in attracting business from client companies
· Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a range of media, such as newspapers, websites and magazines
· Using social media to advertise positions, attract candidates and build relationships
· Identifying suitable candidates
· Organising interviews
· Working towards and exceeding targets that may relate to the number of candidates placed
Qualifications
Talent Acquisition Associate roles are open to with minimum GCE “A” levels or equivalent. Rather than specific qualifications, we value drive, experience, skills and abilities, as well as the determination to succeed.
Desired Qualities:
· People-oriented individual who enjoys networking and building relationships;
· Good team player;
· Ability to work independently;
· Confident and effective communicator;
· No prior experience required.
