PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a member of the nephrology healthcare team, you will provide safe and effective dialysis therapy for patients under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse. 

•    Sets up, tests, and operates hemodialysis machines for patient treatments.
•    Obtains and documents necessary pre- and post-treatment vital signs and weight for each patient.
•    Evaluates vascular access pre-treatment and performs vascular access cannulation.
•    Evaluates intradialytic problems and provides intervention as prescribed by physician order or as directed.
•    Monitors patients’ response to dialysis therapy.
•    Evaluates patient prior to termination of venous access and discontinues dialysis treatment according to established procedures.
•    Reports any significant information and/or change in patient condition directly to supervisor.
•    Enters all treatment data into the designated clinical application in an accurate and timely manner.
•    Collects, labels, appropriately prepares, and stores lab samples according to required laboratory specifications.
•    Cleans and disinfects dialysis machine surface, chair, equipment, and surrounding area between treatments according to facility policy.
•    Assists other healthcare members in providing patient education.

EDUCATION AND LICENSES:

With approximately $1 Billion in U.S. supply chain costs, this individual will partner with Operations and Commercial teams and use data-driven analysis, strategic thinking, initiative ideation & prioritization, and project management skills to identify current supply chain capacity and capability gaps and deploy solutions to improve end-to-end flow of product through the supply chain.  This individual must have experience driving end-to-end solutions and managing analytical teams in one or more critical supply chain functions (e.g., transportation, distribution, replenishment, network design, Capital planning, deployment, etc.).  Ideal candidate will also have experience across different industries, allowing him/her to draw upon and implement best practices. Responsibilities

• Follow established process to fulfill orders. This includes accurately picking products, performing quality control checks, packing products, and preparing orders for shipment.
• Cross-training in multiple areas of the warehouse and participating in projects as needed.
• Perform housekeeping and inventory control tasks and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Willingness to train and be certified to drive material handling equipment as required by job duty. Example equipment in the facility includes order picker (cherry picker), forklift, reach truck, turret truck, pallet jack, and walkie rider

Qualifications

What does the Support Lead do?

Under the leadership of the Store Manager/Leader and Customer Service Manager, assists with direction of the Front End Lead(s) (if applicable) and sales associates of the store while the Manager on Duty. The Support Lead is responsible for all key functions of the store as directed. POSITION SUMMARY: 

The Store Consultant consistently delivers a positive customer experience to all customers, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives and provide solutions. • Participate and lead in the First Financial Bank Experience by being active in site center huddles and meetings to support sales and service activities.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales, service and referral goals as set by management, by effectively collaborating as a team, the District and with lines of business in an effort to assist clients meet their dedicated financial needs.
• Provide digital assistance and service for clients establishing or in need of support in utilizing the bank’s online offering.
• Stay informed and up to date on all bank products, processes and procedures and procedures; especially those that are most complex.

Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Needed to Perform Essential Functions of the Job

• 3-4 years client service experience in a retail environment.
• 3-4 years sales and service experience with previous success in achieving sales and service goals in retail environment.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
• May obtain notary authorization
• Possesses a strong level of bank product knowledge and solid sales skills.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred and/or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in sales preferred.
