Serves as a Senior Logistics Management Specialist and Real Property.....
- Serves as a Senior Logistics Management Specialist and Real Property Officer/Accountable Property Officer (RPO/APO) for DLA Energy.
- Responsible for a consolidated group of sites in the areas of Real Property (RP), General Equipment (GE) and DLA Energy Operations, to include property accountability, RP infrastructure and related installed equipment.
- Integrates, coordinates, negotiates, and analyzes requirements for all activities to ensure facilities are sustained in accordance with Department of Defense (DoD) Real Property Categorization System (RPCS) requirements.
- Ensures the compliance of functional and supporting organizations by establishing and monitoring milestones, performance criteria, goals, and metrics.
- Serves as the Military Department point of contact; providing Day-to-Day Interface, Coordination, and Negotiation related to the RP and Equipment supporting the Defense Working Capital Fund (DWCF) Energy commodities.
- Participates in meetings to discuss strategies and forward progress toward execution of established goals and implementation of Sustainment, Restoration, and Modernization (SRM) programs.
- Coordinates and manages comprehensive follow-on SRM surveys of fuel facilities on service managed installations for which DLA Energy has (SRM) responsibility.
- Conducts Staff Assistance Visits (SAV) to field activities and reviews program areas. Assists in resolving program issues and recommends new procedures and actions to improve Property operations.
