Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Counterbalance / Reach Truck Driver to support our operations. In this role, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving goods within the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory handling, and maintaining a safe and organised work space.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operate counterbalance and reach trucks to transport products safely and efficiently.

* Load and unload goods from delivery vehicles.

* Stock, pick, and organise products in the warehouse, following company protocols.

* Inspect and maintain equipment, reporting any faults to management.

* Ensure all health and safety standards are followed, maintaining a clean and hazard-free work environment.

* Complete daily logs and inventory records accurately.

About the role

We are seeking passionate, experienced and a dedicated nurse. As a registered nurse you will need to support the manager and other senior team members in all aspects of the home's management and service provision. Working within policy guidelines ensuring that all relevant legislation, the organisation's Policies and Procedures and Codes of Practices are adhered to.

To lead the assessment, planning, delivery and evaluation of resident care in order to achieve the highest standards of contemporary care.

To lead the clinical nursing work and staff management in the designated area of responsibility

Newton Ward currently supports all wards across the Sefton, Liverpool and Kirkby footprint and of recent now provides psychiatric intensive care services to the whole of the Mental Health Division.

Newton Ward is 12 bedded mixed ward based at Clock View Hospital that provides short-term intensive assessment, treatment, and support to service users, who are experiencing a mental health crisis, and often present with a variety of complex mental health needs.

To maximise service user recovery, the team works in a trauma informed way. Our aim is to work in the least restrictive way as possible whilst maintaining patient safety.

Upon joining our team, we will ensure that you undergo both mandatory and bespoke training, to fully equip you with the skills required to work within our psychiatric intensive care environment.
