• Lead in the delivery of quality web projects within costs and schedule
• Fully accountable for the quality, on-time & customer satisfaction of delivery projects
• Manage and plan the resources needed from user requirement, development of functional specification, testing and user training
• Work with the technical team (web designers, web developers, SEO specialist & managers) and sales teams to ensure that the requirement gathered is realistic and implementable
• Provide project reporting to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Handles clients' enquiries and problem solving.

Job Requirements:

• Knowledgeable in Content Management System (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, Magento or other CMS will be a plus
• Resourceful in getting things done in the most efficient manner
• Has prior project management experience in developing of websites
• Building relationships with customers and vendors and working cross- functionally within a regional team
• Enjoy working with people across various environments, in particular a customer-facing, commercial environment

Miludinosaur is seeking a highly motivated Video Editing Intern fluent in Mandarin to join our team. As part of a larger post production team, you’ll be supporting the team and piecing together stories and bringing humour through every cut. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about content creation and digital media.

Responsibilities:

• Piece together personality driven content for IG/TikTok
  
• Supporting post-production subtitling needs, where possible
  
• Able to prioritise and manage multiple project deadlines simultaneously
  
• Stay updated on social media trends, and platform updates to optimize content performance.
  
• Assist in other creative projects and tasks as needed.
  

Requirements:

• Current Diploma or degree student in Videography/ Media Production/ Film production or relevant disciplines
  
• Fluency in Mandarin language (spoken and written) is essential as Milu is a Mandarin channel.
  
• Strong passion for content creation, digital media, and social networking platforms.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere
  
• Basic knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Audition, and Photoshop is a plus
  
• Prior experience with Instagram and TikTok content creation is preferred but not required.
  

• A bachelor’s degree, with working experience of at least 3 years in website design / interactive design
• Knowledge of current web design trends and techniques
• Proficiency in design softwares, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma
• Experienced in user-interface & user-experience design
• Able to execute content layout, graphic design, pixel-perfect visual appearance and usability design
• Familiar with responsive web development framework i.e. Bootstrap & programming languages i.e. HTML, CSS, Javascript
• Familiar with wireframing & prototyping, able to create interactive mock ups
• Knowledge in WeChat H5 and mini-program development
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Reliable, willingness to learn and an openness to get involved in all aspects of digital services
• Ability to see and communicate the creative vision to the team and the client
• Experience with interactive projects in a digital agency setting preferred
• Experience with office IT
• Portfolio displaying user-centered design will be required during interview
