Responsibilities:

· Offer service and customer support during field visits or dispatches.

· Connect workflow to schedule.

· Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks.

· Diagnose errors or technical problems and recommend proper solutions.

· Produce timely and detailed service reports.

· Abide all company's filed procedures and protocols.

· Work with technical team and share information across the organisation.

· Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.

· Build positive relationships with customers.

Requirements: 

· Proven field service experience.

· Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.

· Strong in English literacy.

· Ability to work flexible shifts and to adapt to changing work schedules.

· Proficient with mobile tools and applications.

· Possess at least Diploma or any relevant field.

Responsibilities : 

• Electrical & Instrumentation Installations such as installation and wiring for instruments, valves, control panel etc
• Troubleshoot instruments, valves, control panel fault
• Able to perform simple electrical testing works
• Onsite Safety, and quality awareness
• Work with our installers for T&C
• To do panel FAT, full loop test at field site during full loop test and support SAT
• Occasional ad hoc duties that may be assigned to you
• Follow up projects when necessary from start till post completion
• Provide full support to client for maintenance and after sales support

Requirements :

• Able to work in construction site environments and also client's completed production plant
• Have basic understanding in electrical single line diagrams
• Have electrical wiring and technical experience
• Able to troubleshoot E&I faults and provide solution to rectify problem
• Have two or more years of working experience
• Able to travel to support other team members for troubleshooting / projects within Malaysia when assigned by team lead is a MUST
• Candidate will have opportunities to attend trainings in both Singapore and Malaysia as assigned by team lead
• Must have good attitude, self-discipline and can work in a team with respect to team members
• Familiar in control & instruments 
• Familiar with BMS / FMCS 
• Familiar with HVAC will be an advantage 
• With basic multimeter knowledge
• Can work at site area with no issue with hot temperature & dust 
• Able to work for overtime and urgent emergency breakdown on weekend and public holidays

• 熟悉控制及儀表
• 熟悉BMS/FMCS
• 熟悉HVAC將是優勢
• 具備基本的萬用電錶知識
• 可以在現場工作，沒有高溫和灰塵的問題
• 能適應週末及假日加班及緊急故障

Responsibilities:

• To perform installation and services of Air Ventilator / Exhaust Fan
• To perform installation, services of HVLS Industrial Ceiling Fan
• To perform installation, services of Hand Dryer,
• To in charge for wiring activities
• Repairing the electrical items (Brand - Airegard, Houm)
• To handle scaffolding (work in height)
• Other duties assigned by superior.

Requirement:

• Experience in the related job task is required for this position.
• Experience with any type of HVAC products.
• Have experience in electrical wiring is welcome to apply.
• Willing to travel.
• Have a valid CIDB green card.
• At least have valid Driving License.
• Added advantage if you have a valid GDL License (3 ton)
