職責和責任

透過每週監控，實現公司按門市、銷售人員、品牌和產品的銷售目標。
向所有分公司實施公司政策，並在所有分公司執行所有公司政策。
監控並確保庫存帳齡和庫存週轉日達到公司設定的目標。
透過分析去年業績、供應商方向、市場狀況和競爭對手訊息，制定準確的年度目標計畫和中期（3個月）路線圖，預測未來路線圖。
與公關部門一起規劃和進行銷售活動，以提高銷售額、市場份額和客戶忠誠度。
回應顧客的投訴和評論。
在準備期間和整個活動期間參加公司路演活動。
處理人員配置問題，例如面試潛在員工、進行評估和績效審查，以及提供或組織培訓和發展。
定期與員工檢查他們在目標上的進度；透過舉行簡短的定期會議來討論和記錄里程碑、成就、成功和挑戰，提供指導或幫助，或根據需要修改目標。
執行管理階層/上級不時指派的臨時職責。

要求：

商業或相關領域的學士學位。
必須具備至少 10 年零售業工作經驗。
強大的分析能力，可以識別趨勢和銷售模式。
擁有管理團隊以及與行銷、產品和外部合作夥伴跨職能合作的經驗。
能夠同時管理多個任務並在快節奏、截止日期驅動的環境中工作。
解決問題的能力並處理任何不可預見的情況。
擁有自己的交通工具並願意在巴生谷地區旅行。
工作時間為週一至週五上午 9:00 至下午 6:00，週六上午 10:00 至下午 2:00

Job Summary

The Distribution Planning Supervisor will be responsible for managing and coordinating the activities of the distribution planning team, which includes Demand & Supply Planners and Shipping Officers. The role involves overseeing inventory control, demand forecasting, material planning, and the coordination of inbound and outbound shipments. The supervisor will ensure that all processes are accurately and timely executed, compliance with customs regulations is maintained, and continuous improvements in logistics operations are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Supervise and manage the activities of the Demand & Supply Planning team and the Shipping team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
- Team Development: Take the responsibility to develop skills and confidence of each team member as well as their ability to work independently, through regular and effective individual meetings, team meetings and daily coaching.
- Demand Planning: Oversee the updating and maintenance of demand forecasts in the SAP system by collaborating with Blum subsidiaries and analyzing historical data.
- Inventory Control: Monitor and adjust inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts, ensuring optimal inventory turnover.
- Supply Planning: Manage material requests from Blum production sites and suppliers based on forecasted demand.
- Customs & Declaration Process:
- Oversee the activities of a team of shipping officers. Ensuring that documentation for importing and exporting goods are accurately prepared and comply with Malaysian and international trade regulations.
- Inbound and Outbound Coordination: Oversee the timely and accurate receipt of inbound shipments and coordinate outbound shipments to Blum subsidiaries and customers.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate master data in the SAP system to support effective planning and decision-making.
- Reporting: Generate and present regular reports on inventory status, forecast accuracy, and supply chain performance to senior management.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve planning and shipping processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues related to import/export processes promptly to avoid delays.

Requirement:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing supply chain functions, including demand planning, inventory control, and shipping operations.
- Strong proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems, specifically in inventory and production planning and import/export modules.
- Extensive knowledge of Malaysian customs regulations, international trade laws, and transshipment processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional organizational and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in English and Malay.

To tactically strategize and drive the outlets to achieve sales and services targets.
To develop, motivate and inspire outlet staff towards maximum performance in surpassing targets via performance driven initiatives and rewards. Analyse outlet staffs Competency Gap and plan their training and development to meet acceptable standards, efficiency and productivity levels.
To direct the outlet team in ensuring compliance to all policies and procedures. Review the guidelines and provide recommendations to the Management when necessary.
To resolve escalated key customers’ problems/complaints and provide guidance to the team to ensure fast resolutions to meet the customers’ expectations and satisfaction.
To effectively drive the outlet based on the Company’s objectives and performance initiatives and its effectiveness to the Management.
To conduct periodic visits to outlets to ensure the set standards are achieved as well as continuously keep abreast to industry best practices. Ensure efficient and effective management as well as high performance sales.
To build, enhance and maintain effective relationships with internal and external parties (i.e. local authorities, government bodies, the malls’ management) in order to ensure good support or approval to execute all related operational matters.
To continuously review, feedback and propose enhancement to internal policies, systems, processes and procedures, and relevant marketing initiatives to ensure it enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness of outlets.
To manage, check and enforce all promotional programs, displays and key activities are delivered with the set standards.
To provide coaching and guidance to outlet staff in meeting acceptable operation standards to achieve Customer Service & Experience objectives.
To monitor and control the cost structures including manpower cost in achieving profitable, effective and efficient operations at outlets.
To contact store managers and other outlet staffs to communicate relevant information.
To mentor and motivate sales staff to put in their best in order to achieve financial goals.
To develop and implement budget and plans for retail operations.
To possess knowledge of visual presentation techniques, ability to interpret and achieve visual objectives.
To work closely with Visual Merchandiser to utilise the space available and merchandises to ultimate profitability.
To monitor inventory levels to determine the need for stock supply at each retail outlet.
To set and regulate product pricing using results of market and demand analysis.
To create customers’ awareness on of the outlets’ products and services.
