We have a very exciting opportunity here at Capita for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our expanding CPS Growth Team.
This role will sit within the Central Government and will identify, develop, and successfully execute Contact Centre sales.

What you'll be doing:
• You will be pivotal in delivering opportunities through to contract signature within the sector and the proposition strategy.
• You will work with the relevant client, market and proposition teams to develop a plan and target Central Government entities and successfully execute against client opportunities, engaging in advance of opportunities coming to market, ultimately, to generate new revenue.
• Utilising market insight, buying patterns and client challenges, engaging and building relationships with our clients, and using wider Government frameworks as the route to market to win new business.
• Your unique selling points will be your ability to understand and navigate the complexities Central Government sector, aligning those requirements to Capita's Contact Centre capabilities, and your strategic approach to business development.
What we're looking for
• You will have extensive business development experience in Contact Centre Services and be capable of sustained engagement at senior levels as well as successful sales execution.
• You'll be an innovative and strategic thinker - capable of shaping and leading a client's thinking and having strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proactive, 'can do' and collaborative behaviours are a vital part of this role and underpin trust, facilitating the right collective mindset required to make a difference and most importantly allow both parties to thrive in leading the way rather than being led.
• The primary success of the role is business growth, new customer acquisition and client satisfaction.
