THE JOB:
1. Maintain current customer base, attend to their sales enquiries timely, ensure all orders are fulfilled to their needs and make product awareness at customers’ visit.
2. Secure customers’ timely market information (such as new projects, follow-up RFQ and negotiations).
3. Foster strong customer relationship to achieve highly profitability and excellent AR collection.
4. Report any quality issues brought up by customers QA team to our Engineers for investigation.
5. Formulate and implement sales strategy for assigned accounts (includes EMS customers and distributors) and development of new customers base to ensure a continuous business growth.
6. Responsible for the sales process from initial point of contact (lead generation), presentations, proposals, through contract negotiations.
7. Provide statistical data on customers’ development / projects to determine quarterly sales forecast and budget planning on termly basis.
8. Maintain constant field intelligence and feedback pertinent information on competitors’ activities, product, prices and business performances to safeguard our market shares.
9. At short notice, business travel to provide timeliness services to present and potential customers.
THE PERSON:
A. ACADEMIC
· Degree in Communication Management / Electronics / Electrical / Microelectronics Engineering or any related engineering field
B. PROFICIENCY
· Fluent in the Japanese Language to service and seek existing customers and new markets horizon respectively.
· Minimum 3 years of related sales experience preferably in an electronics / semiconductor industry / Electrical Power Industry
- Good knowledge and application of incoterms
· Possess a Class 3 driving license
C. PERSONALITY
· Aptitude to learn and independently self-driven under minimum supervision.
· Effective communication competence and efficient interpersonal skills
· Able to make overseas travels to augment customer service support and relationship
