Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to service key accounts and grow HST Medical’s business amongst assigned retailers. In this role, you will plan, organise, drive and monitor sales and promotional activities, to achieve sales and profitability targets set out for the assigned key accounts.
Key responsibilities:
• Develop and implement key account strategies for assigned retailers based on an understanding of their needs, proposing solutions that align with both company and customer objectives
• Build and maintain close working relationship with the assigned accounts to understand operation and business needs
• Undertake regular field visits to gather insights, monitor stocks, displays, build positive relationships at the store level and observe consumer/ shopper purchase patterns.
• Identify opportunities for product placement and increased visibility in assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with marketing team to land marketing campaigns and initiate monthly promotions to enable target achievement.
• Provide regular updates and performance reports on key account activities and sales performance to sales manager and management team.
Requirements
• At least 2 years working experience in FMCG environment
• Experience in working with modern trade, pharmacy channel, major retail chains or distributors, travel retail, supermarkets, convenience stores will be an advantage
• Health Supplement knowledge is an advantage
• Good customer service attitude
• Detail oriented and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player & highly motivated
• Experience with excel, ppt and word
