Job Description
The job duties and responsibilities are as below:
- Serve as the point person for office administrative duties including maintenance, mailing, supplies, bills, errands, schedule in-house meetings and appointments, organize the office layout, provide general supports to visitors and order stationery and equipment.
- Issue sales invoices and ensure timely payment.
- Manage contracts and business proposals with service providers and clients.
- Ensure proper document management and keep tasks records.
- Assists the directors in daily administration.
- Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
- Plan in-house or off-site activities, like parties, celebrations and conferences.
Requirements
- Recognized University Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- 1-2 years of experience
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Attention to details and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
