What you’ll do:

• Greet staff and visitors and ensure they adhere to the required security protocols
• Monitor premises to prevent rule infractions
• Conduct regular patrols, ensuring a visible and reassuring presence
• Respond promptly to alarms and security incidents
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Complete details reports on incidents and observations

What you bring:

• You must have an in date SIA Licence
• Proven experience as a corporate security officer or relevant positions
• Strong observational and communication skills
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively
• Knowledge of basic security operations and procedures

• Serves as Supervisor and Chief of SIO Administrative Support Team responsible for plans, develops, and directs applicable deadlines, projects, and overall work to be accomplished.
• Interprets policies and regulations to ensure compliance with policies and procedures; integrates and coordinates work with other functions and programs as necessary; and resolves conflicts.
• Develops, initiates, and implements administrative policies and procedures for assigned areas of responsibility for administrative and management support.
• Analyzes current and proposed operating programs to evaluate actual and potential effectiveness in achieving organizational objectives.
• Plans and directs the Strategic Integration Office Administrative Support Team operations.

• Provides overall administrative management of the day-to-day operations of the Field office, which may include interpreting administrative policies/procedures, drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and defining administrative requirements.
• Administers the COMSEC Program by planning, directing, and reviewing staff operations which involves the weekly inventory review of COMSEC material.
• Coordinates budget development and proposals, monitors budget expenditures and develops reports for submission to management on the status of the annual budget.
• Serves as the Government Purchase Card holder, advises and plans the processing of credit card statement reconciliations, procurement request, processing procedures for purchasing, obtaining government vendor quotes and justifying sole sourcing.

• The selectee plans and manages the administrative management program for the State Office and its subordinate County Offices, including management analysis, personnel management, automation, support services, budget and financial management.
• Assists the SED in planning and directing both administrative and program work of the office, advising the SED in highly complex and extremely sensitive matters and, in the absence of the SED, directs all State Office operations.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Interpret regulations & directives, analyzes impact on the Service and assures development of internal methods, procedures and controls.
• Provide support to the Chief of Social Work, and subordinate staff on policies and procedures relative to the Medical Center.
• Plan, analyze and implement administrative support functions for staff.
• Perform analysis/evaluation of operation, programs & system processes.
• Obtain, organize, file and retrieve data for reports, briefings & presentations.
• Initiate monthly/quarterly requests to maintain the Social Work Emergency Welfare Fund.
• Review fiscal reports and resolves discrepancies, assuring all expenditures are properly authorized and documented.
