- Ensure workplace safety, health and environment practices, procedures and processes comply with WSH Act and regulations, Code of Practice and ISO 14001 and ISO 45001,

- Manage incident via in-house incident reporting system and perform investigations, recommend actions and follow up matters arising from these activities,

Scope of work:

1. To supervise work done on the Air-con unit in the room which carry by the workers or sub-contractor.

2. To monitor the daily safety and on-site schedule, check review drawing plan, spec, method of statement, work procedures, and rectification work on site.

3. To highlight and feedback if any irregularities, to the employer or consultants. Monitor work process and assignment given, prepare defect list if any, and ensure statutorily. Requirements are compiled by the authority.

4. You are to work closely with the Employer and the Management with safety requirements by the reporting site.

5. Need to have good computer knowledge.

- Station on-site and perform daily inspection and preventive maintenance works in Mechanical and Electrical Systems according to Scheduled Maintenance

- Attend to feedback, Breakdown and customer service requests

- Attend to Fault-Calls and carry out rectification of Faults within specified time and budget

- Supervise and coordinate with contractors and vendors on works according to scheduled maintenance, repair, shut-down and overhaul works

- Assist Engineer/Manager to update records of Mechanical and Electrical system servicing reports and monitor the performance of the systems and equipment

Role & Responsibilities

- Handle Accounts Payables and Accounts receivables function.

- Maintain accuracy of inputting accounts details into accounting system.

- Handle customer enquiries.

- Maintain proper filing and records.

- Assist in monthly closing and reconciliation.

Qualification and criteria

- Preferably with a Diploma in Accounting field with at least 2 years of accounting experience.

Job Requirements:

· Possession of PLRD license.

· 1 – 3 years’ relevant experience in the security field.

· Able to read and write simple English.

· Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

· Willing to work on rotating shifts including weekends/public holidays.

· Able to conduct a basic investigation into incidents.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• To manage day-to-day estate matters, including the inspection, identify building defects, manage & supervise maintenance including improvement works done by contractors.
• Arrange and inspect the work for horticulture, pest control, conservancy cleaning, projects upgrading and other estate maintenance works.

● Developing or checking risk assessments that identify potential hazards in the workplace. This involves inspecting equipment, workspaces, and work practices to ensure they meet safety standards.

● Organizing and providing health and safety training for workers and employees. This includes site safety orientation for workers in line with local regulation

● Investigating workplace accidents or incidents to identify their causes and prevent future occurrences. This also involves maintaining records of incidents and reporting them to relevant authorities as required by Singaporean law.

● Developing and implementing emergency procedures, such as fire drills and evacuation plans. Ensuring that all employees are aware of these procedures and that necessary emergency equipment is readily available and in good working order.

● Promoting workplace health programs that may include ergonomic assessments, wellness initiatives, and monitoring the work environment to prevent occupational diseases.

● Working with regulatory authorities, and external auditors regarding compliance issues and inspections. This may also involve coordinating with external health and safety consultants or corporate safety representatives.

● Keeping up to date with changes in health and safety legislation and standards in Singapore, ensuring that the organization remains compliant, and advising management on necessary updates to policies and practices.
