Job Description
As an Service Manager, you should be able to identify ways to decrease the operational costs, exercise effective management skills and take necessary disciplinary actions to address poor staff performance. Ultimately, a top-performing Manager should be able to achieve exceptional customer service and ensure that customers have a pleasant experience with us.
Duties and Responsiblities
• Oversee one or more outlets and ensure flow of operation
• Plan and train new staffs and providing ongoing training for all staff
• Managing staff’s work schedules
• Monitor stocks inventory and update the Management if the stock is running low
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure proper standards hygiene are maintained
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service
• Maintain quality control for all food served
• Other duties as assigned
