Job Title and Responsibilities

IT Related Scope

• Managing the IT department and ensuring the smooth operation of all technology systems.
• Evaluating new technologies and identifying opportunities to improve business efficiency and productivity.
• Able to troubleshoot Computer related issues
• Ensuring the security of data and information assets.
• Collaborating with other executives to integrate technology solutions across departments.
• Liasing with service providers regarding IT solutions
• Responsible for all IT related work and its administration
• Any other IT related adhoc duties as required by Company

Admin Related Scope

• Scanning of invoices
• Ensuring all invoices are duly recorded
• Any other admin adhoc duties as required by Company

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2 support to all IT hardware and Network related matters
• Ad-hoc projects assignment and fulfillment
• Review and improve processes pertaining to Infrastructure related services
• Develop and build quality Service document and procedures
• Enhance and establish Knowledge Management with ITIL as framework
• Handle and coordinate IT system procurement
• Assist in Annual Maintenance of Data center
• System Deployment
• Assist in Data backup and restoration
• Coordinate with vendor on network/hardware/software related matters
• System / Network troubleshooting and rectification
• Assist in Annual system Audit
• Asset management

Job Requirement:

• 3- 7 years of relevant work experience
• Minimum Diploma in related fields
• Ability to communicate with people of various level
• Hands on and a team player
• Knowledge in MS office, Printers, MFP, MS Operating systems, Active Directory
• Networking knowledge a must
• Microsoft certification will be added advantage
• Strong Problem solving skills
