Job Descriptions:
- Conduct thorough functional and regression testing on iOS, Android, API, and web applications.
- Execute manual test cases and document any defects or inconsistencies in the software.
- Collaborate with product owners and app developer teams to clarify requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Report, track, and manage defects, ensuring issues are resolved before product release.
- Provide regular updates on testing progress, including test results, defect counts, and quality metrics.
- Assist in developing test plans and test cases based on requirement documents and user stories.
- Maintain a focus on privacy and security guidelines, ensuring these are consistently applied in testing processes.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to provide insights from a QA perspective.
- Ability to derive test cases from requirement documents and user stories.
- Attention to detail with a passion for maintaining high standards in software quality.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience working with Agile Scrum methodology is a plus.
- Knowledge of automation tools is beneficial but not required at this stage.
Job Requirements :
- Candidate should possess a Professional Certificates, Diploma / Advanced Diploma, Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication),Computer Science / Information Technology
- Preferably at least 3 years experience in software testing, preferably in mobile and web applications.
- Strong knowledge of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) methodologies and best practices.
- Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Good communication skills in English,Malay language for both spoken and written.
