Hays Cairns has partnered with an Australian provider of transportation logistics services that efficiently manages and transports cargo across the world. They are currently seeking a HR Driver/Warehouse Operator to join their Cairns team.
Your new role Your position as a Warehouse Operator will see you demonstrating your experience by completing tasks such as receiving and preparing orders for deliveries, moving and organising stock, loading and unloading materials into trucks and vehicles, forklift operation, ensuring a clean and safe warehouse environment and working under the direction of the supervisor. You will be working predominately in the warehouse but will also assist in driving the truck regularly. What you'll need to succeed
You have a strong background in warehousing with experience in manual labour and a great understanding of safety requirements regarding manual handling and lifting. You are a team player and have a motivated, can-do attitude.
Skills and Qualifications required for this role:
HR Driver's Licence
Forklift Licence (preferable)
Own transport
White Card
Monday to Friday (will be required to work some Saturdays)
