Pilates Instructor

Responsibilities:

• Deliver private sessions to members, and monitor members' progress with regular physical assessments
• Recognize individual clients' needs and plan safe and effective movement programs using Pilates Methods on Pilates Matwork and Comprehensive Pilates
• Achieve personal targets in clients’ visits and service goals
• Provide high quality customer service, and maintain professionalism at all times
• A strong work ethic including motivation to help members make lifestyle changes
• Regular update on skills with continuing education
• Ensure that service areas, equipment and supplies are maintained in an orderly and safe manner

Requirements:

• Recognized international Pilates certificates, e.g PMA, NCPT, Polestar Comprehensive Pilates, Ron Fletcher Pilates, Stott Pilates or equivalent certifications
• Relevant work experience of minimum 2 years is required
• Good commercial sense, excellent communication skills and tactful in dealing with people at all levels
• Dynamic, resourceful, team player and able to articulate objectives in a compelling manner
• Require to full-fill minimum hours; and work days include some weekends and public holiday

A Zumba Instructor leads fun and energizing Zumba fitness classes, guiding participants through dance workouts to promote health and enjoyment. They create a positive atmosphere, ensuring everyone, regardless of fitness level, can join in and have a good time.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Teach Zumba Classes:Plan and lead Zumba classes, demonstrating dance moves and techniques.
   Provide clear instructions and encouragement to participants.
   
2. Engage and Motivate:Keep participants motivated and excited during workouts.
   Create inclusive routines for people of different fitness abilities.

Qualifications:

The Yoga Manager & Lead Instructor will oversee the daily operations of the yoga studio while also taking a hands-on role in teaching the majority of yoga classes.

This dynamic role requires a strong blend of leadership, organizational skills, and expertise in yoga teaching. The ideal candidate will be passionate about both the business side of running a yoga studio and the hands-on aspect of leading classes, creating a high-quality experience for both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Yoga Instruction:

• Lead the majority of yoga classes, offering a variety of styles (e.g., Vinyasa, Hatha, Power, Restorative, etc.) for all levels.
• Design and teach well-structured, engaging, and safe classes, catering to a diverse group of students.
• Ensure that each class provides a positive, supportive, and inclusive environment for students.
• Customize classes and sequences to meet the needs and abilities of students, incorporating adjustments and modifications as necessary.
• Foster a strong sense of community by encouraging student interaction, providing individualized attention, and creating a welcoming space for all.

Studio Operations & Management:

• Oversee the daily operations of the yoga studio, ensuring that it is clean, organized, and welcoming to clients.
• Manage the studio’s class schedule, making adjustments as needed based on instructor availability and client demand.
• Oversee the studio’s booking system, ensuring smooth client registrations, class sign-ups, and attendance tracking.
• Ensure that all yoga equipment is well-maintained, clean, and ready for use.
• Manage studio inventory, including yoga props, mats, and cleaning supplies

Instructor Supervision:

• Recruit, hire, and train yoga instructors, ensuring they align with the studio’s values and standards.
• Develop and manage the instructor schedule, ensuring there is consistent coverage and a variety of classes.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and encourage professional development opportunities for instructors.
• Lead team meetings to support instructor communication, foster teamwork, and address any challenges that arise.

Marketing & Promotion:

• Collaborate with the marketing team (or lead marketing efforts) to promote yoga classes, workshops, and special events.
• Help create promotional materials, social media content, and email campaigns to drive class attendance and brand awareness.
• Promote the studio’s offerings through local partnerships, events, and online platforms.

We are a tuition centre caters for the children (pri to Sec levels) of Japanese expatriates residing in Singapore. Our centre tutors, prepares the student to sit for examinations of various colleges/universities in Japan and assist them to achieve good results for entrance to presitgeous schools when they return to Japan.

• Making sales, processing returns, and maintaining a balanced cash register.
• Planning and taking part in store events.
• Designing and maintaining attractive displays and managing inventory.
• Handling administrative and clerical duties, such as ordering stock and maintaining customer relationships through follow-up calls and mails.
• Hand on service to customers , facial , Body therapy with or with equipment like : MIR , CPL , Oxygen equipment and other all equipment in outlet.

Beauty Advisor Requirements:

• Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends, skincare products, and cosmetics.
