At Civmec, we have a dynamic and energetic recruitment team, and we are seeking experienced Recruitment Advisors to join us. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Hiring Managers and stakeholders at all levels, managing the entire recruitment life cycle for both project-based and corporate positions. We are looking for individuals who excel in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about developing innovative talent attraction strategies in a constantly evolving market.
The Role
Providing a high level of customer service and partner with the Hiring Managers to deliver on recruitment objectives.
The ability to be agile and problem solve in a fast paced ever changing environment.
Arranging on-boarding for successful candidates including arranging on-line training in conjunction with the Mobilisations team where appropriate.
Strong administration skills and able to handle multiple projects at once.
Create job advertisements, screen, and shortlist high quality candidates for our shutdown core crew.
Ensure all employees have a consistent and positive recruitment experience.
Engaging with internal stakeholders to identify requirements, skills and qualifications required for each project.
Creating and maintaining talent pools.
About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
Previous experience with recruiting high volume recruitment activities and end to end recruitment.
Strong Microsoft Office suite experience.
Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise tasks.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
