We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the team. This role involves managing a variety of tasks, including office management, meeting coordination, document preparation, and assistance with departmental projects. 

Job Description:

• Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Liaise with external clients and internal teams, including administration and coordination work.
• Respond to inquiries and provide information with professionalism and discretion.
• Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations as required.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, timely, and maintained in an organized manner.
• Support departmental projects by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Assist in any adhoc task when required.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptable, proactive and attention to detail.
• Willing to travel.
