Job Description
• As a Director you are a member of the management team of your respective Competence Center/Country.
• You will establish and develop your business activities in your area of expertise and generate trustful and sustainable relationships.
• In your role, you will closely monitor relevant market trends, develop new approaches and methodologies and translate them into impactful business strategies.
• You will responsibly drive, oversee and manage the delivery of value creating consulting mandates.
• You will assume full client ownership and acquisition of new projects, along with being responsible for opening of new target markets and client groups.
• You will take full responsibility for different projects simultaneously. You will ensure alignment of the final project presentation with the accorded project content and approval.
• You are responsible for the management of your respective cost range and Competence Center.
• You will as well participate in marketing activities, e.g. with article publications.
• As a trustworthy mentor, you will build and develop a dedicated team, help people to grow within the firm, thus ensuring Roland Berger's sustainable successful practices.
Qualifications
• We are looking for Directors who will successfully develop the market based on strong healthcare / life-science expertise and with innovative products, with a preference for holders of relevant Degree with additional qualification in General Management or Business Administration.
• With empathic leadership personality, you rely on a sustainable business network and have an excellent track record in successfully acquiring consulting mandates and creating value for your clients, with a minimum of eight to ten years of experience in management of large scale international projects.
• Strong expertise in handling clients, extensive knowledge of project time scheduling and controlling tools and reporting guidelines, with ability to work under tight schedules and drive projects with high speed.
• You possess excellent communication, strong negotiation skills and presentation skills.
• Proven leadership skills in a highly competitive business environment and within multinational projects. Ultimately, we are looking for leaders with entrepreneurial business mindset and the passion to develop people.
