The Region Director Clinical Ethics reports directly to the Region Vice President Ethics and Church Relations and works collaboratively and in close communication with Regional Vice Presidents of Mission Integration, Mission leadership, Ethics Committee Chairs, clinical staff, and the Chief Catholic Mission Officer.

As the Region Director of Clinical Ethics, you will:

• Continue to build the Ethics infrastructure to fully implement, support and maintain Proactive Integrative Ethics at all care sites in a manner that supports and demonstrates value to patient care and the patient experience.

• Collect and compile statistical information to demonstrate the value of Proactive Integrative Ethics on patient care, length of stay, readmission rates, and in terms of financial return on investment, etc.

• In collaboration with the chairs of the care site ethics committees, assess the needs of each Ethics Committee, and develop and deliver a structured plan to educate and equip Ethics Committees and Consultation Teams to function with a high degree of skill and autonomy.

• Continue to build consistency in the structure and delivery of Clinical Ethics throughout the Peaks Region.

• 24-hour availability in providing support to Ethics Committees is required, as well as periodic coverage for the Region Vice President Ethics and Church Relations.

• Round with ICU teams and other high utilization care teams providing education and assistance in implementing Proactive Integrative Ethics.

• Provide education, seminars, materials, and presentations to nursing, medical and support staff, residency programs, and other identified groups on Clinical Ethics and Proactive Integrative Ethics.

• Be accountable for compliance with the Ethical and Religious Directives for Health Care Services.

• Assess and develop a plan for proactive integrative ethics support and education in the ambulatory (clinic) setting.

• Support and provide presentations and training in collaboration with the Formation programs developed and offered by the Formation department.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Ethics or equivalent education, required

• Doctoral degree, preferred

• Clinical health care ethics experience, required. Along with demonstrated evidence of understanding and ability to represent and apply the moral teachings of the Catholic Church to clinical ethics matters.

• Experience in ethics collaboration in a broad spectrum of healthcare environments, required

Knowledge: Demonstrates a thorough familiarity with a fluency in the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services and understanding of the Catholic moral tradition in pluralistic contexts.

Excellent presentation skills are required with fluency in developing electronic presentations. Proficiency in collaboration and networking skills are required. The Director of Compliance will be responsible for oversight of all quality assurance operations related to the ORR Call Center and execution of project deliverables. Basic Qualifications:  

• Masters in social services: a Bachelor’s in the same field can be substituted for the MS/MA if accompanied by a minimum of 8 years of training development work in the field of refugee resettlement 
• 3-5 years managing projects or equivalent of project management such as managing multiple aspects of deliverables, deadlines, and partner relationships  
• Minimum of 5 years experience in determining quality of services

ROLE SUMMARY:  

Although rare, Multiple Myeloma is the second most common hematologic malignancy worldwide, with a 5 year survival rate of 54% and high rate of relapse on therapies currently considered Standard of Care. The current Multiple Myeloma marketplace has an estimated value of ~ $32B in most major markets by ‘2024. B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) is a novel target that is highly active in MM, with multiple recently approved medications across different modalities. This role provides a unique opportunity to join Pfizer’s Elrexfio team as we bring this breakthrough to patients. 

Elrexfio (elranatamab) is approved across 6 global markets including in the US and EU, for Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma in the Triple Class Exposed setting. Additional approvals and launches in this indication are expected throughout 2024, and there are 4 Phase 3 trials of Elrexfio currently enrolling, which investigate use earlier in MM treatment.

The Global Marketing Director, Elrexfio will report to the Global Marketing Lead, Elrexfio, and will be responsible for leading HCP marketing and brand strategy to maximize the brand opportunity across the lifecycle. Key areas of responsibility will include driving HCP strategies and execution to differentiate Elrexfio currently and in future indications within an increasingly crowded and dynamic MM market, optimizing the omnichannel mix, overseeing CI and competitive insights, and supporting regional and local pull through.   

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:  

With minimal supervision responsibilities will include but are not limited to: 

Lead and manage the brand value proposition 

• In partnership with Business Insights and ensuring a diversity of sources, conduct market research to inform Patient Journey, Competitive Landscape and Positioning, with particular attention to future indications 

• Work closely with the Global Governance Team to own and evolve the core brand strategy and positioning for future indications

• The Director of Strategy and Planning will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and planning of Commercial Analytics & AI initiatives by establishing clear strategic priorities and driving execution effectiveness that address key business challenges and drive growth to deliver on business objectives.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Sr. Director of Strategy and Planning in the development and execution of the Commercial Analytics and AI strategy, aligning it with the overall business strategy and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including field force, marketing, analytics engineering, data science, market research and insights and execution functions to identify opportunities for leveraging AI and analytics to drive business performance.
• Design, organize and conduct workshops and meetings to drive priorities and alignment on goals, success metrics, key milestones and roadmaps.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of analytics initiatives and drive adoption across the organization.
• Develop, lead and monitor the schedule, agendas and content development for business review sessions across analytics teams.
• Empower teams to execute and deliver on the strategy, plans, objectives and goals of capabilities and product portfolio by providing best practices facilitating meetings and workshops to drive collaboration and delivery.
• Develop and present clear and compelling business cases, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership, utilizing strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills, including the ability to create well designed and executed presentations.
• Work with Senior Leaders and Executives across marketing and digital to drive alignment and influence strategy, planning priorities and coordinating intake requests.
• Act as strategy and planning liaison for Commercial Analytics for cross functional initiatives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in strategic roles, such as management consulting, product management, or related fields.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and executing strategic initiatives and projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial analytics, AI, and related technologies.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Indepth industry knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry and specifically in the context of Commercial Analytics and experience working across disciplines such as Data Science, Market Research, Insights and Execution and Analytics Engineering.
• Ability to effectively communicate with senior leadership and executives without extensive preparation.
• Expert in data analysis and interpretation for strategic decision-making and ability to communicate with a diverse set of stakeholders.
• Strong visual communication skills including the ability to quickly distill complex information and transform data into a narrative presentations.

The Role You'd Play:

We are seeking an inspiring and motivated leader who will lead approximately 10 dialysis centers, 200 teammates and provide oversight of operations with complete accountability for approximately $30-$50MM P&L. As a Regional Operations Director (ROD), you'll provide strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, and direction to the field management of those assigned facilities to ensure safe, efficient, therapeutic and ethical patient care.

Additionally, this position identifies and develops strategic growth opportunities, monitors division performance, and works closely with Divisional Vice President or SVP to develop competitive strategies in alignment with DaVita’s mission and values. Position has budget and P&L accountability. This position is a key member of DaVita’s field management team.

ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategy & Insights Director to join our Consumer Innovation Team within the Chief Marketing Office. The CMO Commercial innovation team serves 2 main end-user groups – patients and healthcare practitioners (HCPs). We strive to develop frictionless patient experiences that meet patients where they are to build trust, gain new customers and serve existing customers better.  On the HCP side, we aim to develop next gen solutions that reduce the cognitive load for HCPs allowing them to access the latest info relevant to their practices and operate at the top of their licenses so that they can focus on delivering best in class care to their patients.  

As a Strategy & Insights Director, you will be responsible for ensuring the innovative products and offerings that we bring to market are anchored in insights and truly meet the needs of the end user.    

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and customer pain points, developing solutions that meet the needs of both.  You will use data and insights to help inform the product build and roadmap. The ideal candidate is consumer-centric, data-driven, and has a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences. 

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set innovation product strategy by identifying the customer, colleague, and business pain points that will drive the most impactful innovations. 
• Partner closely with brands to identify and understand pain points to influence the innovation agenda and strategy. 
• Stay closely linked to the Global Marketing Excellence team 
• Be a champion for different ways of working and create an environment that fosters creativity. 
• Identify appropriate customer groups to test specific ideas and apply disruptive innovation theory, where appropriate, to inform DVF (desirability, viability and feasibility) analysis of innovative concepts and prioritize ideas that move into design
