• Oversee the Concierge team to ensure the highest quality of service experience to our tenants and guests while maintaining smooth operations.

• Attend to special events e.g. VIP visits, service recovery incidents or escalated feedback.
• Actively curate and deliver training contents to constantly refresh the Concierge team on
  the SOPs, service best practices and other contents.
• Respond to customer feedback emails, collate feedback register on a monthly basis with
  recommendations on improvements.
• Manage department’s budget and process purchase requisition, invoices, procurement as
  and when required.
• Any other duties as assigned to support smooth operations and uplift of customer
  experience.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of concierge, hospitality, or service related experience, with at least 3
  years supervisory experience in leading a team.
• Proven record of being a role model in delivering high standards of service, with accolades
  or recognition.

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:-

Primary Responsibilities

· Develops the marketing communications strategy and tactical plans to strengthen the Goodwood Park Hotel’s brand to drive revenue, encompassing rooms, F&B establishments as well as meeting and event facilities.

· Collaborates with internal cross-functional teams to review business needs to identify opportunities and gaps for establishing, planning and execution of marketing and promotional activities.

· Manages relationships with all stakeholders to enhance marketing outreach.

· Analyses reports of campaigns and makes recommendations on strategies, tactics and insights to address level of effectiveness.

· Adheres to corporate guidelines and consistent brand articulation in owned marketing assets, paid media channels and partner platforms.

· Works with the in-house designer or external vendors on conceptualisation and development of marketing materials.

· Collaborates with appointed PR agency to schedule and conduct media engagement activities to generate editorial opportunities and maximise coverage.

· Evaluates and recommends sponsorship or collaboration requests.

Secondary Responsibilities

· Ensure the contents for marketing communications campaigns are accurate and free of errors.

· Supervises media and external partner requests for photoshoots, filming and interviews.

· Plans and manages internal photography or videography requirements.

· Monitors industry trends and competitor activities in the hospitality sector.

· Provides administrative support, when required.

Requirements:

· Recognised degree in Business Management / Marketing / Mass Communication.

· Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience preferably in the hospitality, travel or F&B industry.

· Excellent command of English with proficiency in Chinese languages.

· Strong contacts with food & business writers from mainstream and lifestyle media and online platforms.

· Strong contacts with Key Opinion Leaders ( KOLs).

· Creative and innovative thinking.

· Upholding the Hotel’s 5-star brand & image so as to deliver a consistent 5-star experience.

· Knowledge and experience in new social media marketing strategies.

· Able to exemplify leadership qualities and mentor all staff on job functions and excellence in customer service.

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. Work closely with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals. Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

The Policy Planning Department (POPD) is responsible for the formulation of strategic policies related to environmental protection and public health.

[What you will be working on]

As Assistant Manager/ Manager/ Executive Manager/ Assistant Director for this position, you will work closely in partnership with internal and external stakeholders, and be involved in the following:

• Formulate and review key policies and strategies to achieve Singapore’s environmental public health objectives, taking into account factors such as global trends, technological developments, and research advancements.

• Support Senior Management to advance NEA’s strategic priorities, including aligning efforts across various Divisions and managing key inter-agency policy platforms.

• Coordinate preparation for Committee of Supply budget debates, replies to Parliamentary Questions, and legislative amendments.

• Participate in cross-departmental workgroups on environmental public health issues (e.g. smoking, vector control, etc).

• Other duties as assigned.

[What we are looking for]

The job might be for you if you possess the following:

• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in policy-making and/or environmental public health management and/or inter-agency work, would be preferred.

• Passion for environmental public health protection and adept at engaging both industry and public stakeholders.

• Adaptable and able to handle diverse work scopes.

• Highly self-motivated; resourceful, resilient and able to work under tight timelines.

• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Meticulous with an eye for detail.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
