Job Title: Level 2 Teaching Assistant Fixed Term Salary Grade: Currently FTE £25,183 Grade 6, SCP 6 Actual Salary: £17,073 Working Pattern: Term time only Working hours: 30 hours per week (Monday to Friday 9.00am 3.30pm) Required from : ASAP Fixed Term until 31/8/2025 We are seeking to appoint a committed, caring and dedicated L2 Teaching Assistant to work with pupils to support needs as identified in their EHC Plan. You will need to be confident and supportive with strong behaviour management and have excellent nurturing skills in order to provide the extra motivation to inspire them to reach their goals.

- Need to have had recent experience of working within KS2.
- Have knowledge and understanding of working with children with SEND.
- Have excellent communication and interaction skills in order to provide effective support
Be required to attach high expectations to empathy and care. - Be calm and supportive
Be able to form strong and professional working relationships with parents and carers, colleagues and other professionals.
You must possess a L2 qualification or equivalent.
