Here's the exciting bit…a day includes
Working with the with the IT team and the wider business to identify, develop and implement improvements to technical systems and business processes. This will mean building a strong understanding of the business and forging productive working relationships with key stakeholders. You will then need to analyse the information you have gathered and use this to propose solutions, supporting your propositions with functional and systems design specifications. In addition, you will be involved throughout the development, delivery and testing phases, so will be able to influence the outcome of projects
Key Accountabilites:

Understanding and documenting business processes and workflows and their relationships to current and future software solutions
Partnering with business users to fully surface their requirements; conducting interviews with key project stakeholders, documenting and presenting the results
Assisting business users, project managers and IT leadership in optimising the scope, benefits and risks of proposed projects; help manage expectations of users and management
Analysing the impact of change requests
Supporting traceability from requirements through to QA; assisting in the definition of test plans and testing strategies and in the creation of test cases
Assisting in the definition of roll out, training and user support plans
Creating and/or reviewing manuals, procedures, and related user documentation; ensuring documentation is targeted to the appropriate audience
Presenting concepts in a concise and focused manner, including narrative, process diagrams, role and accountability diagrams and business-focused story boards
What you'll need:
Experience as a Business Analyst work experience involved in large scale business transformation projects, and use of structured Business Analysis methodologies for multi-million pound projects
Experience working and implementing projects in a Retail based environment
Understanding of Retail / Warehouse Management Systems and Processes

Role Purpose:

Successfully manage and deliver the fit out of various store development projects to a specific budget, programme and quality standards.

This role is a field base role, with 2 days working from home and 3 days travel is required between stores or Distribution centres.

A typical day in this role includes:

· Manage development projects such as new stores, major and minor refurbishments, roll-outs of services, equipment and other initiatives deemed part of the Store Development Team’s responsibilities. To include Savers, Superdrug.
· Perform site feasibility surveys to include an assessment of condition and measurement. Prepare reports showing findings for circulation within appropriate business unit.
· Organize Contractors to perform activities in accordance with required standards including completion of new store tender and refurbishment scoping meetings.
· Undertake planning management activities to ensure that necessary statutory approvals and compliances are met for projects including but not limited to CDM Regulations, Planning/Advertisement Consents, Landlords approvals and Centre Design approvals.
· Prepare and issue tender documentation for new stores in accordance with Group policy, complete tender analysis and make recommendations for contract award.
· Specify and cost refurbishment works in accordance with Group policy, complete project cost
· documentation and arrange for purchase orders to be raised prior to commencement of site works.
· Manage on site activities ensuring that Projects are being executed to the required standards by Contractors. Lead site meetings to review progress at key stages and produce minutes of agreed actions.
· Track costs through project life-cycle ensuring delivery within agreed budgets.
· Liaise with internal and external contacts to ensure the smooth delivery of projects.

Role Purpose:
The Shopper Marketing Assistant plays a key role in supporting the Shopper Marketing Team to produce and execute in-store promotional material (POS). Driving sales and conversion by implementing clear and engaging POS to help our customers to spot and shop our excellent range of offers and products and providing excellent in store experience.
This role reports to Assistant Marketing Manager for Shopper Marketing at Superdrug Stores Plc.


A typical day in this role includes:
Key internal stakeholders: Wider Marketing team, buyers, store teams
Key external stakeholders: External agencies and suppliers, ITG, FSU Agency, DHL Parcels
Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage all promotional POS for ROI stores
Liaising with buyers to ensure POS reflects accurate pricing
Working closely with ITG to develop creatives
Creating clear and engaging footfall driving Point of sale inviting customers to come in and shop our fantastic offers
Delivery of the Starbuy and Core members POS plan to all Superdrug stores
Working closely with our key suppliers to gather accurate guidelines
Understanding the best use of POS in each store space, working closely with and taking feedback from store teams to ensure it’s right for our customers
Finance admin
Support wider team with adhoc administrative tasks

The Supply team are responsible for delivering superb DC and in store availability across our 600+ stores and are organised in sub teams around the key Commercial departments.

This role requires a person with a positive attitude and a can-do spirit, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. A successful candidate must have the ability to plan medium to long term and must be able to react quickly to an ever changing retail landscape.

The successful candidate must have strong analytical skills to help deliver first class availability in DC and store. They must be confident in communicating with internal and external stakeholders, such as our Buying, Merchandising, Store and Warehouse/Distribution teams. Relationship building is a key attribute the candidate must be able to demonstrate.

We require confidence with IT as much of the job is spent utilising our ERP system, Retek, and other applications such as Excel.

The successful candidate will also be confident in and understanding of the importance of collaborating with other colleagues and AS Watson businesses to deliver the best results.


Key Accountabilities

- Deliver fewer than 100 average gaps across the store estate
- Deliver 95% DC availability
- Maintain availability within business stock budget target
- Maintain weekly DC replenishment parameters
- Maintain a rolling collaborative demand forecast ensuring our Buying team and supplier contributes to the plan. A minimum of 12 week rolling forecast (may increase depending on supply lead times)
- Ensure product stocking locations are correct and generate the optimal trunking level between both DCS
- Deliver 60% of total event sales forecast in store for the first day of each event (40% for some faster moving high cube items)
- Deliver 100% of total starbuy sales forecast in store for first day of each event
- Place and control purchase orders with suppliers ensuring stock levels are managed within business budgets, and delivering a smooth flow through the DC network
- Collaborate with Superdrug and Savers business units and departments to support the Commercial strategy
- Liaise regularly with suppliers to ensure they meet agreed service standards
- Provide management information on availability, stock levels and supplier service levels as required
- Actively seek feedback on availability and stock to support continuous improvement
- Work closely with Buying & Merchandising Teams to land strong promotional, seasonal and new line availability
- Assist in driving down the level of SMS in the business


Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience of Supply Chain, including operational responsibility of delivery of KPIs
- Experience of providing supply chain solutions and processes improvements
- Knowledge of supply chain channels from supplier to customer
- Collaborative approach with strong influencing and communication skills
- Examples of relationship building and management of internal stakeholders

Role Purpose:

This role is in place to assist the company in maximising profitability and minimising expenditure through efficient and effective management of A S Watson’s store estate. To include Savers, Superdrug, 3 and The Perfume Shop together with any future brand acquisitions.


A typical day in this role includes:

The Regional Estates Manager is responsible for a geographical area within which they will undertake work for all store brands within that region – each region has approx. 210 stores.
Following agreed brand strategy, the REM will predominantly deal with lease renewals, regears (break removals/operation of breaks/lease extensions etc) and rent reviews together with assisting where needed with ad hoc property management issues to support the Property Management team.
The majority of lease events (renewals, reviews etc) are dealt with in house so you will be responsible for ensuring notices are instructed to be served on time, negotiating and reporting deals, instructing solicitors and completing legal agreements in a timely manner.
You will work with the Senior Regional Estates Manager and Head of Estates to provide input on property strategy for designated brands based on your knowledge of properties in your region and provide recommendations based on store performance and business need.
You will manage external agents where appointed ie third party matters, and liaise with solicitors and appointedbuilding surveyors where necessary, as well as liaising closely with finance and accounts teams and property management teams within the company.
Ensure robust rent budgeting is carried out in timely manner and rent runs are completed and approved accurately
Support acquisitions teams as needed with info where required ie due to store relocation / upsize etc
Support on audit processes to ensure compliance
Process invoices and expense requests in timely manner and in line with company policies

You’ll have the ability to travel within your region and to make trips as needed (if remote working) to team events and meetings
Your prior experience will include successful estates / lease management of a multi-site retail property portfolio, of appropriate scope and scale
The ability to use Microsoft suite including Outlook, Teams, Excel, Powerpoint and Word as well as online and internal databases

Primary objective is to drive traffic to Superdrug.com through Paid Search, increase customer conversion and drive brand awareness that results in an increased level of profitable sales. We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with experience in search and ecommerce retail to drive forward growth and innovation within the channel
You will focus on being an external digital marketing expert to work with our agency and Google on traffic and conversion campaigns from concept through to execution, working with relevant stakeholders as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

· End to end management of the channel including day to day briefing to the agency, budget management and implementation of strategy inline with key business pillars as well as bringing your own thoughts and innovations.
· Manage our Paid Search advertising agency - communicating promotional and other activity, identifying new opportunities and ensuring plans are delivered on time and to budget.
· Work with Senior Online Business Marketing Manager in supporting and implementing the traffic strategy to drive profitable returns on our investment
· Support online business trading plans to drive traffic and sales on Superdrug.com including our marketplace through PPC
· Briefing Performance Max creative to design team and others as applicable and devising on brand messaging for ads
· Work with offline marketing on key campaigns to ensure O+O.
· Work with Online Business trading managers to drive growth inline with overall sales objectives at business and category level.
· Keep up to speed with developments on the latest online search marketing technologies and innovations and ensure the business is at the forefront to take advantage of developments.
· Support on at least one additional paid channel.

What you’ll need to succeed:

· PPC experience ideally 2 years
· Proven experience in digital marketing agency or fast paced e-commerce B2C retail environment
· Technical knowledge of web tools and processes with experience in devising and managing online marketing campaigns.
· Experience managing agencies
· Capable of building strong working relationships and motivating teams to deliver outstanding results
· Keen attention to detail - strong analytical and copy writing skills
· Ability to understand business strategies, tactics and implement measurable research plans
