Job Scope and Responsibilities

• Developing, enhancing, deploying, supporting and maintaining of the new or existing system based on the end-user/business users’ requirement
• Responsible for daily system support
• Coordinating of internal resources and external vendors for regional business process enhancement
• Preparing of system documentations such as Functional Specification, Users’ Guide
• Conducting of end-users trainings
• Managing Database Server (creation, scheme design, setup, administration, migration, configuration, performance tuning, etc.)
• Providing ERP functional and programming support and troubleshoot for subsidiaries in region
• Undertaking any other assigned duties

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Computer Engineering
• Experience in software development or ERP support preferred
• Knowledge of OOP/OOA/OOD (Object Oriented Programming, Analysis, Design)
• Knowledge in Order Management, Purpose Order, Inventory Control, Production Control and Scheduling
• Experience in supporting ERP running on IBM AS/400 and/or RPG & CL Programming skills will be added advantage
• Experience in ERP applications in the Manufacturing/Distributions Sector preferred
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required
• Possess strong desire to learn and a keen interest on the latest software technology trends
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking, decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Time management skills and the ability to multi-tasking are essential
• Ability to work independently and as a team
