As an Education Counselor, you will be responsible for promoting our educational programs, reaching out to potential students, and guiding them through the enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

• • Promote our educational programs to prospective students and their parents through various marketing channels
  • Conduct personalized counselling to understand the needs and goals of students and assist them in making informed decisions
  • Develop and maintain a network of potential students through leads generation and follow up activities
  • Stay up to date with the latest educational trends and market insight by performing market analysis and research on competitor
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service throughout the enrollment process. 

General Requirements

• • Candidate from other education background such as Degree, Diploma or SPM with proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/ customer service role are welcome to apply.
  • Able to maintain friendly and professional relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Working experience in a higher education institution or in marketing/sales would be an advantage.
  • Able to perform under stressful and tight-deadline situations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Persistent and result-oriented.
  • Patient and able to handle customer rejection.
  • Working hours: 8.30am -6pm (5 days/ week)

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Librarian to our College in Pandan Perdana. As a librarian, you will perform a range of duties such as cataloging library resources, maintaining library records, managing budgets and planning book purchase.

Requirements:

• At least one year of working experience in the related field.
• Preferably have related working experience in an academic institution.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with the use of library databases.

As a librarian, you are required to:

• Update and facilitate the development of library resources.
• Handle matters pertaining to alumni.
• Develop and implement activities related to alumni secretariat.
• Carry out other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by the HOD.
