CWA are looking for a Lecturer to join their business team to deliver courses across Level 2, 3, A Level and T level courses, including some law courses. The exact timetable and courses to be delivered will be determined in conjunction with the successful candidate and take into account the fractional nature of this role.
In return for delivering high quality teaching CWA will provide you with an excellent support package, including supporting you to obtain your teaching qualification if you do not already hold this.
The successful candidate will hold a degree in either Business, Marketing, HR, Law or Accounting and also hold level 2 Maths and English qualifications (or be willing to obtain the level 2). Previous teaching experience is desirable but not essential.

Job Title: Lecturer (Early Years & Education)
Location: King’s Lynn/ Wisbech

At CWA we offer a range of full-time or part-time courses, delivered in the daytime and over some evenings. Our alumni include nursery practitioners, teaching assistants and teachers, either through full-time courses or by working with local schools to upskill their existing staff. Our staff teach courses from entry level to Levels 1, 2, T-Levels and degree-level in Early Childhood Studies, Early Years Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Assisting Teaching and Supporting Teaching and Learning. We work in partnership with Anglia Ruskin University and are proud of our highly skilled team and the impact that our work has on our local communities.
Our lecturing staff also act as course directors, meaning that you have the ability to influence the delivery of your teaching in line with curriculum requirements.

CWA are recruiting for additional English Lecturers to join their team across our locations in Cambridge, King’s Lynn and Wisbech. We deliver English lessons to a range of students from foundation to Higher education, either on a stand alone basis or as part of their chosen course.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work with learners from age 16 plus and truly influence their career choices, whether they are looking to further their education or enter the workplace. We work closely with other departments and faculties to ensure that our English provision meets the needs of our learners, whatever their background taking into account any barriers to learning.

Job Title: Lecturer (Early Years & Education)
Location: King’s Lynn/ Wisbech
Salary: £29,785 - £37,561 per annum
Hours: 37 per week (will include potential evening hours)
At CWA we offer a range of full-time or part-time courses, delivered in the daytime and over some evenings. Our alumni include nursery practitioners, teaching assistants and teachers, either through full-time courses or by working with local schools to upskill their existing staff. Our staff teach courses from entry level to Levels 1, 2, T-Levels and degree-level in Early Childhood Studies, Early Years Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Assisting Teaching and Supporting Teaching and Learning. We work in partnership with Anglia Ruskin University and are proud of our highly skilled team and the impact that our work has on our local communities.
Our lecturing staff also act as course directors, meaning that you have the ability to influence the delivery of your teaching in line with curriculum requirements.
The Early Years teaching team benefits from on-site practice nursery rooms with top-of-the-range equipment, craft rooms, IT suites, well-stocked learning resource centres, dedicated Early Years teaching rooms in the Tower Block and the University Centre, and access to the College’s on-site working nursery Applewood. We are continually investing in our facilities and resources, and during the last few years we have invested in excess of £10million into our Tower Block alone.

Job Title: Nursery Practitioner
Base: Kings Lynn
Hours: 37 per week (over 4 or 5 days per week)
Salary: £22,551 - £22,751 per annum
CWA are proud of the work that we do at our Applewood nursery, most recently graded as ‘good’ by Ofsted. Each day we provide a fantastic range of play and educational activities. There is regular routine, which takes into account the differing stages of development and individual interests of the children in our care. Activities are planned in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and we seek to involve children in the planning processes to ensure we satisfy their needs and interests.
Applewood Nursery is a thriving purpose built nursery in the grounds of The College of West Anglia and provides childcare opportunities to the local community as well as our own staff. This role provides essential support for both our children and includes key worker responsibilities.. We are open Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:30, all year round. We accept Early Education funded children. We have three rooms in the nursery:- Bumblebees (3 months - 2 years), Ladybirds (2 - 3 years) and Grasshoppers (3 - 4 and a half years)
We are looking for an experienced Level 3 Childcare Practitioner to join our team. SEN knowledge would be an advantage.
