1st Line Support Analyst
Hours: 35 per week
Location: Croydon (remote work possible after 6 months’ probation)
Salary: £23,000
Key Purpose of the Role:
The 1st Line Support Analyst will provide daily support to staff within a technical support function for a user base of over 3,500. Initially remote due to current circumstances, the analyst will be required to attend headquarters regularly once conditions normalize.
Essential Criteria:
- Experience in Windows 10 support
- Proficient in Office Suite (Outlook, Word, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP)
- Understanding of Active Directory and user administration
- Familiarity with Office 365
- Awareness of data security principles and processes
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
