1st Line Support Analyst

Hours: 35 per week
Location: Croydon (remote work possible after 6 months’ probation)
Salary: £23,000

Key Purpose of the Role:

The 1st Line Support Analyst will provide daily support to staff within a technical support function for a user base of over 3,500. Initially remote due to current circumstances, the analyst will be required to attend headquarters regularly once conditions normalize.

Essential Criteria:

• Experience in Windows 10 support
• Proficient in Office Suite (Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP)
• Understanding of Active Directory and user administration
• Familiarity with Office 365
• Awareness of data security principles and processes

Essential Criteria:

• Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
• Experience and knowledge with Power BI or Business Objects and Excel, with great attention to detail and experience of building and maintaining reporting and analytics
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Comfortable working remotely with remote based colleagues
