As a ServiceNow Architect, you’ll lead the overall design and development of multiple ServiceNow applications across several projects. You’ll provide technical guidance and serve as an escalation point for the ServiceNow development teams members. What You Will Need:

• Strong domain expertise in at least two ServiceNow platform applications: HR Service Delivery (HRSD) , IT Operations Management (ITOM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM), Integrated Risk Management (IRM), or Performance Analytics.
• 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow development including process automation (orchestration), client scripts, UI actions, scheduled jobs, business rules, data imports, custom apps, and web services integration (SOAP, REST)
• 5+ years of experience with Web development, including X-HTML, CSS3, SQL, XML, jQuery or Angular and one or more of the following back-end technologies: JavaScript, PHP, .NET, Java, or ColdFusion integrations in ServiceNow
• Designing and implementing IT and Non-IT related process workflows, procedures and technical standards
• Experienced in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including client requirement analysis and system design
• Experience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum methodology
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
• Certified Systems Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) and Certified Application Developer (CAD)
• US Citizenship is contractually required for this role
• Selected Candidate must be able to work Eastern Standard Hours.
• This is an exempt level role that may require more than 40 hours of work per week.

What You Will Do:

• Drive business development in the sector, including:
  • building and executing the sector strategy
  • evangelizing ServiceNow internally across industry segments to promote awareness of use cases and client opportunities, and
  • supporting pre-sales activities inclusive of leading sales calls and proposal development and client presentations
• Work as part of the practice leadership team to develop Sales strategies for growing the practice. 
• Lead and ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow implementation engagements.
• Coordinate recruiting efforts to build a team and support growth in sales and high quality, repeatable engagements. 
• Be accountable for ensuring the overall execution quality of business and technology consulting across all ServiceNow engagements in the sector, including oversight and governance.
• Mentor more junior team members in business analysis, project management, and ServiceNow best practices 
• Drive revenue of all ServiceNow offerings across businesses in the segment, with revenue management expectations of >$5 million in the first year

What You Will Need:

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle ServiceNow engagements  
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with ServiceNow is required including leading large ServiceNow engagements.
• Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel up to 25%
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a large consulting environment, preferably with a Global or Elite ServiceNow SI partner
• Deep technical understanding of ServiceNow - Expertise with multiple Modules
• Active ServiceNow certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.
• Expert business development skills as well as managing relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.

What You Will Do:

• Helps clients understand emerging technical solutions relative to segment policies and operational requirements and applies analytical and innovative strategies to develop solutions to address these needs.
• Provide cybersecurity strategic guidance and support to Federal executive IT leadership, including preparation of technical memorandums, briefings, strategic roadmaps, and other project management deliverables.
