- Monitor reports to ensure all Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) reporting requirements are met.
- Maintain SHARP personnel training records to ensure timely compliance.
- Use knowledge of SHARP Program priorities to manage leadership’s day-to-day and long-range calendars.
- Communicate SHARP administrative policy, goal, mission, and philosophy to all levels of organization both orally and written.
- Develop and maintain an organizational records management program.
- Develop manuals and directives covering the administrative aspects of operations.
- Develop, analyze, and evaluate organizational SHARP policies to apply best practices throughout the command.
- Operate automated systems to review and certify time and attendance records.
- Coordinate with resource management to project and adjust SHARP quarterly travel costs.
