- Pathways Internship positions provide for development and training. Assignments become more responsible as incumbent increases knowledge and skills through work experience and academic training. At the full-performance level, you will be expected to:
- Use various types of office automation equipment and software to prepare correspondence, documents, and reports.
- Use database programs to input data and perform computations for administrative reports.
- Respond to or directs visitor/caller inquiries concerning a variety of substantive administrative and/or technical issues.
- Assist with the gathering, consolidating and/or summarizing of factual data for reports, studies and presentations.
- Perform routine administrative functions, such as, requisitioning and receiving of supplies, equipment, maintenance, etc.
