• Data-Driven Talent Decisions: Analyze talent data and metrics to support fact-based decision-making, ensuring continuous improvement of talent processes across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Human Resources.
• At least 8 years of experience in Talent Management, particularly from a business or Center of Excellence (COE) perspective.
• Proficient in using talent assessment and development tools.
• Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to prepare reports and proposals.
• Confident in interacting with senior management.
