• In-charge of correspondence and coordination for IT system user support, regularly check user uploaded data, liaise positively with users and system owner for the system operation and maintenance;
• Conduct regular training session for system user;
• Conduct weekly and monthly review of uploading progress and attend regular meeting with Client, facilitating discussion between system specialist, developer and Client.
• Possess good communication skill, able to work independently as well as co-operate with project team to ensure the project is running smoothly;
• Familiar with data base management and sensor data analysis is an advantage;

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Contract administration from start of project to final accounts stage,
• Process LTA MRT, PUB pipeline & Private projects’ claims to Clients,
• Prepare tenders and quotations, do quotation sourcing, cost comparisons and evaluation, submit variations claims, certify subcontractors’ payments, procurement of project PBs and insurances,
• Any other tasks assigned by Contracts Manager/ Higher Management.
• Relevant Qualification: Degree / Diploma/ Certificate in Quantity Surveying/ Civil Engineering/ Construction Management/ Environmental Engineering,
• Minimum 2 to 5 years’ working experience in Contractor firms,
• Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines,
• Able to work alternate Saturdays,
• Possess good and positive attitude.

• Report to Contracts Manager
• In-charge and prepare projects monthly progress claims, tabulation of work done, submission to client
• Proper documentation of work done records, measurement data for progress claim preparation
• Correspond with Client closely for certification of workdone
• Able to work independently as well as co-operate with project team to ensure monthly progress claim are submitted timely
• Good communication, office skill and careful with quantities calculation
• Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel

1. Supervise, check, evaluate and record all soil data

2. Prepare, carry out field test and record all test result

3. Prepare soil data reports and ensure quality of field work

4. Interpret ground conditions through ground investigation

5. Prepare site investigation report

6. Attend meetings when required

7. Assist safety personnel in ensuring safe operations of field work

8. Assist, support and supervise in instrumentation works

• Obtaining land permission, utilities services clearances and meeting with stakeholders.
• Meeting and correspondence with Client on project timeline and requirement.
• Organizing of rigs & manpower resources for the site investigation work.

• Relevant degree/ diploma in Geology; Civil Engineering or the Built Environment.
• Familiar with Utilities Services Clearances procedure of various Agencies; and having RES/REO certificate is an advantage.
• Fresh Graduate are welcome

• Proficient in using AUTOCAD Software
• Advantage if experience MicroStation and able to prepare Civil & Geotechnical drawings
