We're looking for a Conference Producer (we call them a Conference Manager) to join our team to produce two exciting events for 2025. You should have a minimum of 1 years' experience working as a Conference Producer (or similar) to apply for this role.

Let me start by explaining a little more about Terrapinn Singapore – part of the global Terrapinn Group, our Singapore business runs around 12 large scale events a year across Asia. We run them across a variety of subject areas: Telecoms, solar & energy, hospitality, education, finance, rail, roads, mobility and more. Attendance at our events tends to be between 1,000 – 15,000 people.

Our Conference Managers curate the content of our events and secure the best speakers in the business.

You'll be be reading a lot, identifying trends and finding innovative leaders in the space your event covers. Then you’ll be inviting them to speak, so natural networkers and persuasive people, offline and online, are highly successful. And then you’ll be managing the content delivery at the event and seeing your hard work in action!

When you start out, you may know very little about your event sector. That's no problem! As part of this process you’ll become an “expert”, you’ll become highly connected and well respected in the industry. You’ll be on first name terms with the C-Suite of many of the region's leading players in your event space. And all in a very short time frame. Don’t panic, you’ll be supported, trained and guided through the whole process - the whole team is working towards the success of the event.

As one of our top sales professionals, you will:

• Manage a portfolio of events across a variety of industry sectors.
• Sell sponsorship and exhibition packages via telephone and face-to- face meetings.
• Deliver great customer service and ensure success of your events. Research and prospect for potential clients.
• Effectively apply Terrapinn's best practices, processes, and methodologies.

Reaching and persuading C-Suite people demands more than just sales savvy. To be successful at Terrapinn, you must have:

• A positive mindset and solutions focused approach to sales.
• Quantifiable track record (2-4 years) in a b2b sales and business development capacity.
• Ability to focus on customers' needs.
• Ability to conduct research and think analytically.
• Commercially minded and have business acumen.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills. Interpersonal, relationship management and networking skills.
• Excellent planning/time management/self-organization and self discipline.
• Initiative - proactive and able to work independently.
• A Bachelor's degree
