The overall purpose of the role will be to deliver project management, administrative, and business support to the CEO and the Executive. We are looking for an experienced Administrator with knowledge of school finances such as managing parental payments for dinners, trips and extended services along with a knowledge of daycare finance and funding or willingness to learn.

The role will hold responsibility for the undertaking of administrative, financial and organisational processes within the school including administration of the attendance system, working with key staff to reduce levels of unauthorised pupil absence, monitor persistence attendance strategies and create a culture of good attendance and punctuality.

Candidates must be used to working in a busy office, be flexible, adaptable and a real team player willing to jump in and help where required.

Excellent communication and organisational skills are a must – as is the ability to work under pressure and still maintain a sense of humour!

Ideally you will have experience using educational software such as Arbor or be an IT proficient professional with a willingness to undertake training.
