· Be flexible to work throughout the school within different departments and with different age ranges daily

Key Stage 3/ 4 MFL Teacher needed in Hereford!

Start date: January 2025 - Ongoing

Are you currently looking for a new exciting opportunity teaching MFL?

Required to start January, this popular school seek an enthusiastic MFL Teacher for a full-time post. This role requires a Teacher who is able to teach engaging and dynamic lessons. Languages taught will be French and Spanish or German! Ideally candidates will work well with staff and have the ability to inspire able and motivated students.

The right candidate will be able to teach French to KS4 and Spanish or German to at least KS3. The role will be full-time (5 days per week) and will be to cover long term. The successful candidate will be taken on until at least the end of the academic year and further work at the school is likely to be available form September 2025.

Supply Teachers and Cover Supervisors needed for flexible supply work in Hereford

Are you a Tutor, Teacher, Cover Supervisor, Mentor, Learning Support Assistant?

TeacherActive are looking for flexible supply staff to work on an emergency cover, day to day or short term basis in Secondary Schools in the Hereford area.

What is emergency cover?

As best as they can, schools will always try to pre-book in any supply cover they need, sometimes days or weeks ahead. But unforeseen changes in there staffing levels can happen quickly, and on the day cover is needed.

Schools will ring us any time from 7am-8:30am letting us know their requirements for that day. That is when we would call you, our emergency cover supply teacher / cover supervisor and offer you the work we have for that day.

You will be covering lessons for the absent member of staff. Lessons will already be pre-planned and prepared. The lessons could be in one subject area, or in different subjects throughout the day.

We know emergency cover doesn’t work for everyone, so if you are looking for supply work, but emergency, on the day cover doesn’t work for you, we would still like to hear from you! We also have opportunities for staff looking for advanced bookings, short-term roles, long-term roles and permanent posts.
