Education / Experience:
o Diploma / Degree In Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or related field
o Min 2 years of working experiences supporting enterprise desktop environment and good technical expertise in VMware VSphere and VMware Horizon VDI
o Strong VMware experience preferred, must be comfortable facing customer / end user.
o Candidates with one or more of the following skillsets will have an advantage:
 Experience with supporting enterprise virtualized environment on Desktop, OS, Client Applications and Mobile Phones a plus
 OS Skill in:
o Window Clients/Servers
o Linux (Red Hat, Centos, Ubuntu, Etcetera)
 Backup and Recovery Application
Job Description:
o To provide 1st level on-site support on organization end user operations
o Understanding complex technical issues and managing them within a fast-paced business environment
o Maintain, manage, administer, support and operate VMware VSphere and VMware Horizon VDI environments and applications
o Perform daily VMware VSphere and VMware Horizon VDI administration tasks including maintenance and upgrades, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
o Monitoring, alert and fine-tune of VMware VSphere and VMware Horizon VDI environments
o Assess virtual machine, VMware VSphere and VMware Horizon VDI applications risks and perform contingency planning
o Perform troubleshooting for VMware VSphere and VMware Horizon VDI workloads and assist with researching, evaluating and recommending related hardware, software and services
o Stay current on virtual machine, VMware VSphere and VMware Horizon VDI related technologies
o Provide on call, 24x7 support and standby on a rotating basis. Implement corrective procedures to resolve production problems and minimize unplanned system outages
o Create and maintain programmatic and technical documentation to ensure efficient planning and execution
o As necessary, lead the post-delivery team to maintain and keep track of all post-delivery projects relating to
 All preventive maintenance schedules and ad hoc tasks

Working hours will be rotated and working location is at town. Monday-Friday. Working hours: 7.30am-5pm, 8.30am-6pm, 9.30-7pm.
