Budget plan

• Responsible for achieving company’s annual targets by increasing revenue
• Follow up with customers to achieve sales as per budget plan.
• Study & Understand the Budget plan allocated to the team, work toward achieving the budget plan and target that set forth.

Sales & Marketing Activities

• Analyze market data and competitor information to develop comprehensive business strategies and action plans.
• Stay updated on industry developments, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact our business.
• Obtain latest product / line-up information & demos from Engineering team.
• Obtain customer / market information in region of responsibility.
• Map customers to product roadmap of Company’s Strategy.
• Introduce company’s latest technologies to relevant customers.
• Identify best strategy / business model for each customer / product.
• Coordinate efforts with biz partners to realise business (based on business model).
• Negotiate pricing with Customers to maintain profitability as set forth.
• Plan buffer stock based on customer needs and company’s components supply.
• Follow up and ensure payment as per customer credit ratings.

Sales and Marketing Report

• Project / Sales Analysis Report / Sales Trips Report or any adhoc report.
• Help and Coordinate with Market research activities based on supervisor instructions.
• Provide marketing report on market / product / country specific.

Relationship Management:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of business development initiatives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for international partners and clients, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Description:
Secretary Support:

• Organize business and personal events, meetings, or gatherings, including booking venues and handling logistics.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to Chairman and General Manager.
• Provide support with personal tasks, including managing errands, overseeing household matters, and conducting personal activities arrangement.
• Provide support for medical appointments and healthcare coordination for Chairman and General Manager
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
• Liaise on and monitoring Chairman’s investment projects and maintain accurate financial records.
• Handle banking transactions and financial administration.
• Facilitate restaurant reservations and dining arrangements.
• Address last-minute changes, provide real-time support and execute additional assignments as delegated.

Administrative Support:

• Ensure the office environment is organized, tidy, and conducive to productivity.
• Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for office needs.
• Assist in planning and scheduling travel arrangements for team members.
• Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, or team-building activities.
• Distribute memos, announcements, and other communications within the team.
• Draft and edit professional emails, letters, and other communications.
• Handle phone calls and messages, screening and directing them appropriately.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation and prepare travel expense reports and ensure all travel documents and tickets are in order

Job Description

1.Leadership & Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of engineers.

Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution to ensure timely delivery.

Allocate resources effectively to optimize team productivity and project outcomes.

Conduct performance reviews and provide continuous feedback to team members.

2.Project Management:

Coordinate with internal and external parties to define project requirements and deliverables.

Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.

3.Technical Expertise:

Provide technical guidance and support in the design, development, and testing of electronics components.

Perform root cause analysis and propose corrective and preventive measures as process engineering function and/or based on request basis.

Review and approve engineering designs, calculations, and specifications.

Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

4.Communication & Collaboration:

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding engineering matters.

Collaborates and familiarity with ISO9001 with Quality Management systems such as ISO9001 Certification, etc

Prepare and present technical reports, project updates, and documentation to senior management and clients.

Foster strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field, Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 3 years in a management or leadership role.

Willing to travel.

Strong knowledge of electrical design software, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.

• Provide IT technical support and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking issues for various users.
• To keep the software up to-date and responsive to the changing needs of each department.
• Establish, implement, and review IT policies, IT asset (hard and software) lifecycle policies, and standard and processes relating to the use, preservation and recovery of information assets to ensure proper usage, compliance and security
• Coordinate with vendors for provision of end-user support and escalate to vendor for desktop/laptop hardware repairs or software troubleshooting
• Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures and system standards
• Set up AV/video conferencing prior to general meetings
• Perform inventory management and health check of software licenses, hardware, and other IT peripherals
• Ensure proper documentation of all IT infrastructure setups, software licenses, and any software modifications
• Design and conduct IT user training on systems under the IT Department's purview
• To ensure that all computer systems provide uninterrupted service especially to Operations user through timely IT support.
• To ensure that back-up data stored in an off-site location is regularly updated.
